POLICIES & PROCEDURES

IV Bag Size:
All Dripp IV bags are recommended 500ml, 1000ml bags are available upon request. An additional $20 fee will be required for 1000ml, please let your Nurse know 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Booked Appointment:
After booking a service you will automatically be sent an email with a link to a New Patient Form and consent form. Make sure to read all consent forms thoroughly prior to signing. Please have all forms filled out prior to your appointment to avoid any delays.

Cancellation Policy:
You will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking a service that will be applied towards your services. If you do not show or do not reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment you will not be refunded.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

Company Rescheduling:
If for whatever reason we are unable to accommodate your service, Dripp IV Therapy will notify you 24 hours in advance.

COVID Testing:
Staff members will be equipped with Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Prior to entering your home and/or visiting our location. Staff members will have sanitizer redly available and a required temperature check prior to testing. Our staff will reach out to you prior to your appointment to ask of any signs or symptoms you may be having related to COVID-19.

All COVID testing is John Hopkins Medical Institute Approved. A form stating your results will be handed to you for your records.
